Playing go requires large concentration, and Hashimoto Utaro and Iwamoto Kaoru closed out all distractions as they resumed an adjourned game in Japan’s Honinbo title on Aug. 6, 1945.

Unfortunately, they were threesome miles from downtown Hiroshima.

The discharge dilapidated the antiquity and scraped spectators — but endeavor resumed after lunch.
